By accessing or using Task Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including organization owners, coordinators, and staff members.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with anyone else.
• You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or other malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create within Task Flow, including tasks, comments, and uploaded files. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your organization.

5. Uploaded Files and Photos

You are solely responsible for the files and photos you upload to the platform. By uploading files, you confirm that:

• You have the rights or permission to upload and share the content.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• The content is not harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Role-Based Access

Access to features is governed by your assigned role within your organization (Owner, Coordinator, or Staff). You agree to respect the boundaries of your assigned role and not attempt to access features or data beyond your authorization level.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms of Use. Organization administrators may also revoke access for members of their organization.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
